We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to request a return Contact us at admin@diykitchen.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including items damaged through misuse or items returned after 30 days.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
